One of the very important way to fill up the creative juice is workout, I go out jogging about 2-3 times a week, and run 11km every time.Sometimes when my brain get stuck, jogging is really the savior, some brillant idea came out during the run! Consider that the designers are sitting continually for over 3-6 hrs averagely, stand up and run is helping us not only for health matter, but also the creative brain.
